Bellaire™ currently delivers throughout South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays, or periods of high order volume.
3. Shipping Partner
Bellaire™ uses Aramex Store-to-Door as our primary courier service provider.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Estimated delivery time for all South African orders is:

Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment directly through the courier tracking platform.
8. Lost or Missing Parcels

9. Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Contact the delivery company within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report transit damage within a reasonable period may affect the outcome of any claim.
10. Delivery Refusals
If a customer refuses delivery of a correctly supplied order without a valid legal reason, any return shipping costs, handling fees, or courier charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
